Jason KeigherHello and welcome to The Fitness Edge. My name is Jason Keigher. I am certified by the American Council on Exercise (ACE) as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor; by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS); as well as by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist (CES) and performance enhancement specialist (PES). Additionally, I am certified by The Sports Club/LA as a pre/post natal and integrated flexibility specialist. I have earned my CPR, AED and First Aid certifications from the American Heart Association. 
I began my fitness career eight years ago with Equinox Fitness Clubs and I spent over five years employed as a personal trainer at Reebok Sports Club/NY. My specialties include weight loss/gain, body toning, shaping, strength and flexibility training, postural correction and pre/post natal workouts. 
I am available for personal training in your home, office, park or gym throughout New York City. I offer personal fitness training in the following areas of New York City, Manhattan, Upper West Side, Upper East Side, Battery Park, Chelsea, West Village, Tribeca, Midtown, SoHo and Central Park.
